How quickly can you take over our payroll?+

Most clients are live within one pay cycle. Once you've signed the engagement letter, your dedicated payroll manager will request the handover information and run a parallel payroll if needed.

Can you handle our existing pension scheme?+

Yes — we work with all major UK providers including NEST, The People's Pension, Smart Pension, Aviva and Standard Life. Submissions every pay run.

Do you make payments to employees and HMRC for us?+

Yes, with our optional bulk payment service via Telleroo. You make one payment to us, we distribute net pay and PAYE/NIC on the right dates.

Is there a long-term contract?+

No. We work month-to-month with 30 days' notice either way. We earn your business every month.

What about CIS for our subcontractors?+

Add CIS to your plan for £6 per subcontractor per month. We verify, calculate deductions, and file the monthly CIS300.

What do I need to provide from my old payroll provider?+

Typically we'll need your latest Full Payment Submission (FPS), year-to-date payroll figures, employee records (including tax codes, NI numbers and pay history), your PAYE reference and Accounts Office reference, pension scheme details, and any active student loan or attachment of earnings orders. Your payroll manager will send a simple checklist and can liaise with your previous provider directly if you prefer.
